We help employees to thrive in the Biopharma world. We do this in a number of ways – through leadership development programs and enriching experiences both in and out of the office.
ZODIAC leadership program by Forest Wolf has been attended by over 700 BMAC leaders since 2017. Studies have shown that the leadership program help to increase leadership skills, strategic focus, personal and interpersonal effectiveness, and resilience.
Forest Wolf also works with BMAC companies on other training initiatives such as offsites, leadership coaching, mental wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and psychological safety.
