BMAC – Biopharmaceutical Manufacturer's Advisory Council
An initiative by leading Biopharmaceutical companies in the world to establish Singapore as the country of choice for global biomedical sciences manufacturing.
Three BMAC companies were proud recipients of the WSH CARE Award, a prestigious recognition presented by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council. The WSH CARE Award honors organizations that have demonstrated exemplary commitment to fostering mental well-being and a caring workplace culture.
This achievement reflects excellent collaboration among the three BMAC companies, who shared resources, ideas, and best practices to implement impactful wellness campaigns, peer support initiatives, and proactive engagement programs that strengthened workplace resilience and belonging.
Building on this success, we aim to increase the number of BMAC companies achieving the WSH CARE Award in the coming years by continuing to share best practices and champion mental wellness as a core pillar of workplace safety and health.
